Absolut Glamour – Hair and Fashion for Charity

I’ve been extremely busy this week.. as well as been sick with the flu and I’ve been working around the clock preparing photos and video for online publishing. I’ve also been very busy working with Truc Le Hair Design in helping his team prepare photos for a national hair awards, presentation video and promotion for their annual charity event on saturday night.

I’m being auctioned off on saturday night, so if you come along I’ve love your support for charity in bidding on me. I’m hoping to get more than $1.50 haha

I would love to see you there, so here are the details below:

-

Truc Le Hairdesign, Mosiac and Lewis salon, present “Absolut Glamour“, a charity cocktail party at 7pm Saturday 1st November 2008 at Little Star Café – 166 Grey Street at Southbank. Sponsored by Southbank Corporation, Coca cola, Indola, affinage, Absolut Vodka, and Little Star Café, the event is aimed to raising money for Fred Hollows Foundation.

Fred Hollows (1929-1993) was a passionate ophthalmologist who became known for his work helping restore the eyesight of countless thousands of people in developing countries around the world.

But above all else he was a humanitarian, which made him a terrific doctor. He truly believed it was the role of the doctor to serve, to help those in need.

Today, The Foundation is proud to carry on Fred’s legacy, delivering sight-saving care to those most in need.

The charity Cocktail Party will include a hair and fashion show, parading a range of designers including George Wu’s latest collection, one of the exclusive designers in this year’s Mecrcedez-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane. Model’s hair will be presented by the team at Truc Le Hairdesign, National and International award winning hair salon and Mosiac. The night will include lucky door prizes, an opportunity to bid for a model and be seen on the red carpet looking Glamorous.

Join us to celebrate the launch of our spring/summer collection and support the Fred Hollows Foundation.

Tickets can be purchased at the door for $20 per person which includes canapés, 1 complimentary drink on arrival at 7pm and $5 car parking voucher at Southbank. A night of enticing entertainment and Glamour is sure to impress.

Hope to see you all there.
