What did I even do on the weekend?

Went fishing with Dane and JB (Jason) on Saturday. Put Dane’s boat in at Jacobs well and decided to go catch our bait and try for some whiting. Whilst JB hunted down some bait, Dane and I tried our luck with the soft plastics to catch some flathead, but to no avail. The only luck we had all day was a little under-sized brim that Dane caught and threw back in.

Last time I was out fishing with Dane we went offshore and after being on the drink the night before, the high winds wasn’t too accomodating to my stomache. I ended up donating a tiger into the water on the way back into the port of brisbane.

On saturday night, I went and had dinner at Hayden’s, with his sister Taryn ready to pop with a baby, her boyfriend Adam, Glenn, Joel and Milli. Hayden and Taryn cooked up storm or should I say a bushfire on the bbq haha. After a few minutes of billowing smoke, we were presented with a feast fit for a king.

NEWS: Taryn gave birth to baby Chloe on Sunday ( 8-pound 6 ounces). Congratulations to Taryn and Adam and Uncle Hayden!

Sunday I went to Caloundra with bunch of girls, including Cass, her sister Lauren and fiance Nathan, there cousins Noelle, Clare and Laura. We went to bulcock beach for a dip and picnic. The sun was out that day and even after a few layers of sunscreen, I came back with a bit of a tan and white bum.
