Nando’s Loganholme Campus
Had dinner with some friends last thursday night (4/5/06) at the new Nando’s at the Logan Hyperdome. I haven’t been there for a while, well not since Quiznos subs was there. I liked Quiznos subs, but knew they wouldn’t last.
Anyways, I was hoping to get some Nando’s chicken here as it is their specialty product. Unfortunately they had a problem of some sort and could not serve any chicken pieces. I ended up getting a burger combo and some corn on the side. The corn was cold and the burger looked like it was assembled by the burger technician with their eyes closed. It was possibly one of the worst nando’s experienced i’ve ever had.
The worst experience i had was at Mt Gravatt campus opposite garden city. I was so used to consistant high quality there, as the owners also were working managers, I was a victim of “while the cat is away, the mice will play”. I was served chicken that wasn’t proofed in the oven and put directly on the grill. I had cut into my chicken only to find it was raw.. yuk!
It appears the owner/operators at mt gravatt have changed and i no longer go there anymore. I now go to the Nando’s chicken distribution centre at underwood near Pattons Big Gun on Logan Road. They have been ultra consistent for at least the last 12 months since i’ve been going there. Always great service, consistantly high quality food and presented perfect every time. I just hope they don’t change management.
I like big breasts.
